At Kuunika, we recognise that bribery and corruption are damaging to legitimate business interests. We conduct all our business, in an honest and ethical manner and we want to ensure that all our associates and business partners do the same.

THE CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT (CAP. 7:04) OF THE LAWS OF MALAWI,  and the ANTI-CORRUPTION ANTI BRIBERY statement of the our Cooperating Partner (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) set clear standards of illegal behaviour which govern not only our operations, but which go with us wherever we work. We embrace robust policies and procedures to ensure we are transparent and ethical in all our business dealings. We have a zero tolerance approach to financial crime and we undertake due diligence on third parties with whom we work to ensure they have high ethical standards and our reputation will not be compromised by our association with them.
